 Do you charge per hour or per project?

We incorporate both systems depending on the scope of the project.

We rush orders for clients all the time, these require extra cost, but if you need your Joomla project done yesterday we can help.

 Why do you use Joomla?

Joomla is the best open source content management system we have found. It is easy to use, saves time and money adding custom components and modules to a new or existing site. Allowing our clients to customize the platform according to their needs in a short time whenever necessary; this in turn saves you money up front and down the road versus traditional non-CMS web design.

 How good is your company with Joomla?

Unlike other design companies that use Joomla every now and then, or as an "alternative," we specialize in Joomla. This makes us extremely knowledgeable and proficient. We have helped several web development companies get out of Joomla jams on a continual basis and designed or modified several components and modules in-house.

 How is payment handled? 

For anything over $5000.00 we provide a written contract for the work to be done as agreed upon outlining the agreed upon timeframe for completion. You sign the agreement and provide full payment. We start according to the agreed upon time-line set in the agreement.

Our second method is for lower cost work (under $5000.00) you provide us with a minimum deposit based on the hourly estimate given and we start the project as time allows for both parties if there is any amount left and unused we credit  your account or refund the difference. If the time will run over the projected estimate we contact you in advance and show you the current status of the project and let you know the estimated time to completion and repeat the process described above.
